Terms & Conditions
- Departure dates for sailings must be from now until 31 August 2026. The offer for Economy Class ferry tickets is not applicable on blackout dates: May 24-25, 2026.
- Mastercard cardholders pay with eligible Mastercard Credit Cards to purchase Hong Kong-Macau route eBoarding round-trip ferry tickets (Economy/Premier Grand Class) at regular-fare via TurboJET official website (www.turbojet.com.hk) or mobile app, a special discount will be applied for the second set or above of round-trip companion ferry tickets (Economy/Premier Grand Class).
- The offer is only applicable to purchasing Hong Kong-Macau route eBoarding round-trip companion ferry tickets (Economy/Premier Grand Class) of TurboJET at regular-fare. The departure dates, times, sailing routes and seat class of all companion ferry tickets must be the same, subject to availability of seats.
- Passengers must select “BOC Mastercard Cardholders Exclusive Travel with Friends, Save 50%” to enjoy the Offer.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Up to 6 sets of ferry tickets can be reserved in every single transaction.
- The Offer is for registered passenger’s use only. TurboJET staff reserve the right to request passengers to provide identification for verification purposes. Passengers who fail to meet the requirement of the offer have to repurchase tickets without refund.
- Once confirmed, all promotional ferry tickets are non-changeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- The Offer is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage” of TurboJET.
- Mastercard and TurboJET reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Mastercard and TurboJET shall be final.
- Mastercard and TurboJET reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
Offer 2: Macau Local Chartered Limo Offer at HK$480/ 2 hrs
From now till 31 August 2026, eligible Mastercard Credit Cards cardholders reserving “Macau Local Chartered Limo” services via WhatsApp or email can enjoy a special rate at HK$480 / first 2 hours (Original Price: HK$300/ hour). The offer is subject to availability, first-come first-served.
Booking Guidelines
- Reservations must be made at least one day in advance via WhatsApp (+853 6575 7373) or email (premierplus@turbojet.com.hk). When booking, you must specify that you wish to use the “Exclusive BOC Mastercard Offer: Macau Private Car Service HK$480/ 2 hours”.
- The offer is only applicable for the first two hours of car service. Subsequent usage will be charged at the original price of HK$300 per hour, with any portion of an hour being counted as a full hour.
- After confirming the reservation, eligible Mastercard Credit Cards cardholders must pay the service fee within one hour of receiving the payment link, otherwise the reservation will be considered forfeited.
- Please provide usage time (from pick-up to drop-off) and pick-up location (e.g. Outer Harbour / Taipa Terminal) when booking.
Offer 3: 10% off discount on TurboJET Cross-border Limo Service (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao)
From now until 31 August 2026, BOC Mastercard cardholders reserving “HK-Macao / HK-Guangdong (including locations of the whole Guangdong province) Cross-border Limo” services via TurboJET Travel website can enjoy an exclusive 10% off discount per trip. The offer is subject to availability, first-come first-served.
Booking Guidelines
- Reservations must be made at least three days in advance via TurboJET Travel website (www.turbojet.com.hk). When booking, customers must specify that they wish to use the “Exclusive Offer for BOC Mastercard Cardholders: 10% off discount on Cross-border Limo Service” to our staff or in the ‘Remarks’ section during online booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability. Submission of a booking request will not be considered a confirmed booking.
- After submitting a booking request, our staff will provide a quotation within 1 to 2 days. Customers must complete the payment using an eligible Mastercard Credit Cards by 23:59 on the same day the payment link is received; otherwise, the reservation will be considered forfeited.
