Notes to Customers

  • Maximum of ticket bookings is limited to 6 sets of return tickets per transation.
  • Passengers are required to ensure the fulfillment of the entry requirement of Hong Kong and Macau before boarding.
  • Passengers are advised to board at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time in order to allow time for documents checking by our staff
  • In accordance with Hong Kong authorities' instruction, if passenger is tested with body temprature over 38 degree celcius will be declined entry of the terminal area.

Passenger Reminder

HONG KONG

Visitors to Hong Kong must hold valid travel document.  Nationals of most countries are not required to obtain visas and can stay for periods varying from seven days to 180 days, depending on nationality. MACAU

Macau grants visa free entry to over 50 countries or territories for a stay of 30 to 90 days. If a visa is required, it can be obtained upon arrival in Macau, issued by the Immigration Department for a period of 30 days.

* With effect from 1 Sept 2008, Mainland residents travelling on 'Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to Hong Kong and Macau' without an exit endorsement for Macau will not be permitted to enter Macau from Hong Kong by the Macau Authorities.

** Starting from 1 July 2010, nationals of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are required to obtain an entry visa before arriving at Macau.

There are plenty of taxi and bus that go to city centre in few minutes. The Macau International Airport is about a 10-minute drive from the ferry terminal. Most of the hotels also provide free shuttle bus service to and from the terminal.

Port Facilities

The Arrivals level is on the first floor and Departures are on the second floor. The third floor is dedicated to the dining and shopping area as well as the passenger waiting area.

The Terminal provides facilities and services including tourism information counter, post office, travel agencies, banks, luggage storage, restaurants, retail shops, duty free shops, mobile charging station, hot and cold water dispenser etc, as well as WiFi service which covers most of the public areas of the Terminal.

Terminal Facilities

In the terminal, there are information counters, vending machines of drinks & telephone cards, golf carts (for passengers with special needs), trolleys and free Wi-Fi services are available in the arrival and departure halls. Retail shops, travel agencies, money exchange shops, eateries as well as nursing rooms will commence operations soon in phases in the Terminal.
