TurboJET is launching eBoarding Service with effective from now. You may select eBoarding service when booking any Hong Kong <> Macau routes ferry tickets through online or mobile App.

Once the booking of eBoarding tickets is confirmed, passengers will receive a confirmation QR code.  What you need is just simply access the first gate by scanning the QR code on the mobile device for boarding. It's convenient, time saving and not necessary to queue for printing tickets at ticketing counters or self-service ticketing kiosks.

• Service applicable for Hong Kong(Sheung Wan)/Kowloon <> Macau (Outer Harbour/Taipa) routes.
• Passenger must provide each passenger's name and the first 4 number of ID card/passport during booking. Proof of identity must be presented at the first boarding gate for verification.
• The online booking confirmation QR code will be sent to the email address provided. Each passenger must present the online booking confirmation QR Code on mobile device to gain access at the first gate before immigration.
• Tickets cannot be collected at ticketing counters or self-service ticketing kiosks.
• No cancellation, refund or reschedule will be allowed once booking is confirmed.
• TurboJET's Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passenger and Luggage apply.
• Passengers must observe the Privacy Policy which states TurboJET's position and practice relating to the collection and handling of personal data.
• TurboJET reserves the right of final decision on eBoarding Service.
