Terms and Conditions

1. Departure dates for sailings must be from now until 6th December 2025.
2. The offer is applicable to purchasing regular-fare round-trip ferry ticket for the Macau Outer Harbour – Shenzhen Airport Route via TurboJET official website (www.turbojet.com.hk) during the promotion period, a buy one, get one free offer (i.e buy a departure trip ticket and get a return trip ticket for free) will be applied.
3. Passengers must select “Shenzhen Airport Route: Buy 1, Get 1 Free Promotion” to enjoy the Offer for online reservation.
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, and subject to availability of seats.
5. The Offer is for registered passenger's use only. TurboJET staff reserve the right to request passengers to provide identification for verification purposes. Passengers who fail to meet the requirement of the offer have to repurchase tickets without refund.
6. Once the promotional ticket is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. The Offer is subject to the "Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage" of TurboJET.
8. In case of disputes, the decision of TurboJET shall be final.
9. TurboJET reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
